Organic Ingredients: Rubus Idaeu (Red Raspberry Leaf), Urtica Dioican (Nettle Leaf), Avena Sativa (Oatstraw), Hibiscus Syriacus L. (Hibiscus)
VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, CAFFEINE FREE
Directions: Steep 1-2 tbsp in 8oz hot water and strain. Or infuse overnight.
To infuse, pour boiling water over the herbs, loosely cover then strain and enjoy. Add sweetener if desired.
You can enjoy daily, before and/or during your menstrual cycle.
MAKES 6-12 CUPS OF TEA.
